Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset
Hi, I have several questions about the Motorola H700, and any advise or help would be greatly appreciated. First of all, I have a Samsung E730, and apparently it is compatible with the headset. My first question is, when the headset is charging, is the light supposed to be steady or does is flash every 5 seconds or so? Secondly, I can't seem to get the phone to connect with the headset. I've tried everything and it just won't work. I was hoping someone could help me? Thanks a bunch! Miwa
First: When charging the light should be steady. If the battery is less than 20% charged it should be red. More than 20% it will be yellow. Fully charged it should be green. Make sure your microphone is closed when charging.
Second: Have you "Paired" the H700 and the phone? If not you need to. To put the H700 into "Pairing Mode" do this:
Make sure the H700s microphone are is in the off position. Push in and hold the button on the H700 until the light lights up purple. Release the button and quickly open the microphone button. The light will stay purple and you are now in "Pairing Mode". Now follow the instructions for your phone to pair with a BlueTooth unit. When it asks for a code, use 0000 (that is 4 zeros).
Your phone and H700 should now be connected.
Hope this helps a bunch!!!
