Re: belling integrated dishwasher not working properly
Are you sure it is the board at fault, not justv the door catch? (as the door wont open). If the dishwasher believes it has just finished a cycle and the door has not yet been opened it will not let you change the program.
I had this same problem so I hooked an allen key around the back of the white door catch and pulled it into the unlocked position with a pair of pliers. Has worked fine since but every now and then the catch will pop back into the locked position when the door is opened.

If the door does not close properly, the door switch may not close contact to timer circuit, and the machine may not do the cycle for this reason. Additionally, a short in the door switch wiring harness may jam the control module.
Before checking control module have a look at the door switch and at the wiring harness inside the door.
Hi just trying to solve a similar problem. My machine would turn on but would not fill. It could be that your cold water filter is blocked. If no or reduced water pressure then the machine will not operate correctly. Take off back panel and you should see the filter assembly. GIve this a clean and see what happens. We have 14 of these dishwashers and so far they have all proven to be very reliable machines. This is the first issue in 4 years.
i have just fixed my e4 code problem
take off salt cover and remove all water with tea towel or dish cloth you must make sure all water is out switch off at wall then back on if still e4 reapeat getting water out my washer is cleaning as i type
Here is what happened, you pulled the door open without pressing cancel and allowing it to pump the water out, hence the "flooding in the bottom". This is just one reason why it maybe blinking, there is a water sensor in the bottom. If your dishwasher is hooked up properly to any decent garbage disposal, run the disposal for about 30 seconds to a minute. This should pump the water out, more like activate a light siphoning affect. It should work as normal. If you are not having luck with that, detach the DW drain get it low and let it siphon.
