I have got a Especially For Baby Bottle Warmer, from a friend, and it has no manual. I have a few questions that i am really hoping you can answer. 1) How much water for 8oz?? 4oz?? 2)How long should it be on for 8oz?? 4oz?? 3)Cleaning?? 4) Is there a 1-800 # that i can call??? Help line. 5)Is there a web site that i can go to, to get this info?? Thank you. Hope you can help

I don't know what it means, but I found that unplugging the warmer, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in fixed the issue. I don't know if it'll do it every time, but it worked this time. :)
Keep power button depressed for 3 seconds Press power button to select condition of food/milk (room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen - buttons are listed from right to left) Press selector button (on right) to select the amount of food, single press to increase the food amt in increment of oz Keep selector button depressed for 3 seconds to get it started
Ice container, measuring containers, and baskets: Dishwasher-safe (top rack only).
Measuring containers should be placed in a dishwasher basket. Or wash in warm water using mild liquid soap. Rinse with clear water.
Bottle Warmer unit and removable cooler: Always turn OFF and unplug before cleaning. Wipe surface of unit as well as inside of cooler and cooler lid, and inside of warming chamber with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clear water. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Do not use scouring pads, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these could damage the unit.
Warming chamber (optional): Mineral deposits (usually white in color) may form on the inner surfaces of the warming chamber and can cause damage to the unit. To remove them: 1. Unplug the unit. 2. Remove the basket, and wash separately as indicated above. 3. Pour 2 oz. vinegar into the warming chamber and let it stand for an hour or two (longer if necessary). 4. Pour out the vinegar and rinse the chamber two or three times by pouring in, then emptying out, 3 or 4 oz. of plain tap water. Do not immerse the Bottle Warmer in water. Wipe dry or air dry.
Mix one sachet of citric acid* (10g) with 200ml/7oz of water. Pour solution into the empty warmer. DO NOT place a bottle, jar or cup into the warmer when de-scaling. Close the lid of the warmer and programme the warmer to run with 310ml/11oz of milk from frozen. After the warming cycle has ended, leave the solution to cool for 30 minutes before emptying the warmer and rinsing with tap water. Wipe the inside and outside of the warmer with a damp cloth only. OR: Pour 100ml/3.5oz of vinegar mixed with 200ml/7oz of cold water into the warmer. Allow liquid to stand in the unit until any limescale has dissolved. DO NOT place a bottle, jar or cup into the warmer when de-scaling. DO NOT start the warming cycle. Empty the unit and rinse thoroughly. Wipe the inside and outside of the warmer with a damp cloth only.
