Question about NorStar M7310 Corded Phone
When receiving an in-house call from an extension, the name of a former employee shows, not the current. How to access the path to make the change so extension numbers correctly identify the user.
Read several on-line manuals and found out another way to access programming trees. It was a confusing mess and was mostly trial and error. The 4 keys under the read out screen are a key factor and knowing how those buttons interact with each other is important. In the process I screwed up regular functions because the password that allows set-up using the feature codes cannot be changed. Not a user friendly set-up at all and the initial manual virtually useless for some needs.
