Question about Neff U1661 Double circotherm super Electric Oven
This oven is 2 years and 4 months old, so out of warranty! It has a digital timer controlled by knobs. Unfortunately I can no longer set the clock. When I try to set it, it simply reverts back to 0.00 immediately and continually flashes on off with a slightly faded tint. Almost as if it is shorting in some way -- I am not engineer so I could be completely wrong about this! Anyway any ideas as to how I can avoid a £60 callout for first 30 mins, and £45 per part hour thereafter plus parts would be much appreciated.
Is it flashing AUTO, If it is and you can'y reset it back to manual, then you have faulty timer.
Hope this helps
