Customer service said no.

Good pm! I called the customer service provider and told me thatthereis no way of solving my problem. My sim card was blocked and thebigproblem is I lost my PUK code already because that number isoldalready. I tried calling to my service provider and tole me thatthereis no way of solving my problem. Please help me with it. Thankyou!

  • what brand and model of cellphone;
  • what is it you need back from the SIM card, phone book?
  • is the SIM card that is blocked or is it the phone?
  • is it a pre-paid or post-paid?

Globe should provide PIN and PUK services.

A solution is going to a phone repair shop that sells globe, they have also access to database, the job is usually done for a small fee, in US is $10, in UK ten pounds.

I will pass the problem to a friend that may solve the problem, he may give additional help.

Hi,

how is it possible that your network provider doesn't have your sim's PUK?

call them again and give real identity or give the name which you have own the sim card,
and also provide them sim card's owner name and full address.it will help you to get PUK.

Sayin PIN is blocked and have to enter PUK code


Call the Customer Care of your Network Operator (sim card provider), they will tell your the code. There's no other way or no means to get the code except from the Service Operator. They might ask your few questions related to the Sim Card, like your name or your address, tell them promptly and they will give you the puk code for your sim card. It's also important to note down the Sim Card Number (number written on the sim card) if in case they ask you the sim number. You will also be assisted on how to disable the security settings.

Note: if you keep entering random/unknown numbers/codes, the sim card will be locked and will be rejected. It'll not be usable anymore.

The barring Code can only be obtained from the Service Provider (Sim Card Operator), you can't get it anywhere even with money. Call the customer care of your service provider and ask them to give you the Barring code of your sim card (it's not with related to your phone/hand or model or brand). They will ask your some questions related your sim card registration or sim card's information to verify that you are the true owner of the sim card.

This sim is currently blocked. contract your customer service center foe the unblock (PUK2) code. 10 attempts remaining. How to solve this problem?


This problem is very common and most users think that it's related to phone, which is not true, this is only with your sim card and is for security reason. We can't use software or hardware or other tricks or methods to unlock it, the only solution is from the Service Operator/Network Operator.
If you keep entering random codes/unknown numbers several times, your sim card will be rejected and will not be usable anymore.

Your only solution is to call the service provider (Network operator's customer care), ask them to give you your puk code, they'll promptly give it to you after few inquiries to make sure you are the true owner of the sim card. (there's no fee as well, and if you call from the same network' sim card to the customer care, you'll not spend/pay a penny).

There's no other alternatives, or no other options that you can get the code, so don't play around, rather make a call to the customer care of the sim card network operator and get the code.

Puk code is blocked


If it's blocked, you have less hope getting it back, but you can still try calling the customer care of your network operator (sim card provider), they will help you an will let you know what to do. Perhaps you'll need to get a new replacement, once a sim card is blocked, usually service providers don't reactivate it rather issue another sim card with the same number.

Call the customer care and get their help. They'll ask you few questions related to your sim card, it's rightful owner's name, sim card's name (written on the sim card), etc..etc..

I've a problem . My phone is PUK Blocked. So , I can not use it. Please solve my problem.


The puk code is provided by the service provider. It comes with your sim card. So all you have to do is just call the customer care center of your service provider and ask for the puk code of your number. They should be able to provide you with it. Good Luck

Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one. You need to call your service provider to get this code. It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes, you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater Same Your No Problem will Solved

What should my puk pin be???


Hi,

problem can be solved.When you bought the Sim card of the line you are using did it come with a Pin request?,
if yes, that means the Pin has been blocked due to typing the Pin code wrongly.

So your Sim card has been blocked for a why and i that process you are unable to make or receive calls.

To reactivate the Sim card, you need to contact the service provider (customer care line) for the Sim card you are using to Help you activate the Sim.

And good thing is that it is free, so you can call them and activate the Sim card and keep enjoying your calls.
