I had same issue on my Rolly. The problem was in the damaged folder on Rolly file system. Fixed this by running error check in windows. Connect your device to computer, open "My Computer", right-click on Rolly drive, Properties -> Tools, click "Check now" in Error-checking area. I used Windows 7I think chkdsk command will do the job as well. Just run "chkdsk H: /F", just change H to your rolly drive letter
call the directory assistance and ask the telephone number and the nearest sony repairing shop. you can't fix the damage of your walkman, only in the sony reparing shop who can do that, because the screen needs a replament for that.
