Indicator lights keep flashing when alarm activated

Is it a small light somewhere on the dashboard? I'm not familiar with that car, but any vehicle I've had with an alarm has a blinking light to warn you/intruders that there is an alarm on the vehicle. Check your owner's manual for more info.

I hate to be negative about dealers and they have very capable techs and lots of them.
That said, the lack of any effort to retain you as a customer and take pride in what a dealerships franchise is there for, simply has annoyed me for over 45 years.
That very reason,is why I choose to work on my own vehicles, and stayed up on the technology.
You can not go back to that dealer, for obvious reasons. They have, for some reason choose, not to attempt to solve your issues.
Your vehicle can most certainly be repaired/fixed etc.
The person working on it,will need, wiring diagrams and other material,so as to familiarize themselves with the various systems
First, something common to most, not necessary all of the issues, will need to be established. Then testing starts. Things either work correctly or they don't.
If you remove fuses ,relays, etc to some of the brake, windows and other items, then work on what appears to be the security system failure, your on your way.
I am referring to you finding a close by repair shop willing to take on the challange, and of coarse you will have to decide how much time and money goes into that. You will need to get personally involved.
You can not just drop off the vehicle and hope for the best. You need to be able to go into the shop and stand next to the vehicle and have a working relationship with the owner. That would be the only way I would ever leave mine. I won't have a tire removed from a wheel, an alignment or any service performed, unless I stand there. I walk around inside dealerships all the time. Just walk in, like I owned the place. Been doing it for 40 years, with no problems.

How to use scytek Mp3 siren and car tunes

Most of the online manual and the online Help file say, "TBD" (I assume this means To Be Determined) or they make vague statements about Tech Writer Blocks. I assume that these are blocks of text that a tech writer will complete at some point. The printed manual seems to have been written in another language and then translated into English. Since the product was discontinued, you're out of luck.

Dismount door panel. VW Polo Net

Sounds like it is a broken window regulator. You will need to remove the door panel to fix it. Mine broke and I can actually pull the window up and it will stay until the vibrations of the freeway eventually make it slide back down again (this would be a temporary fix of course). Anyways, there are a couple screws behind the door handle I believe, and then some snaps around the edges, and some clips along the window line. You should get a Bentley's manual so you know exactly how to fix the window regular.

Tower sounds like a siren but won't come on.

Strange indeed. Typically the only power left in a system after it is unplugged in older systems is a small battery that keeps the BIOS information. Maybe your system has it set up to warn you through the tiny system speaker that this battery is dead. If it is then the system can't start up...just as you reported.

Any other information would be helpful in diagnosing this problem.

Siren Edge 4 gig Boot error,

Siren's software support is bad, but you can call them: 254.224.0222

Sometimes reformatting a player can cause key system files to be lost - this particular mp3 player does not have a recovery tool or a firmware upgrade that I know of, so you can try the Windows Recovery Method: Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
Let me know how it turns out.
