Best bluetooth for G-zone Type S

I am trying to find wich bluetooth headset works best with casio G-zone Type S phone. I have a blueant Z9i (brand new and upgrade installed) My wife has a razr phone and says I sound like I have marbles in my mouth when I'm talking on the headset. Sounds great on my end but no one can understand me on the other end and they say it sounds like ****. I've tried the max voice isolation but it sounded the same. Does anyone have any ideas??? I'm thinking about trying a jawbone 2 or plantronics voyager 510. I've also tried a cheap motorola set that I have and once again sounds good on my end but bad sound on the other end. Please help!!!

I purchase a Plantronics Voyager Pro blue tooth headset it will not pair with Casio GZone phone,

If the Bluetooth versions are different it means the two will not pair, you need a device that shares the same versions of Bluetooth for easy compatibility with your phone. You will need to trade that for a compatible version of Headsets.

Tip

How to connect a (Motorola) Blue Tooth headset to a mobile phone!

The following procedure is dependent to the phone in use! However it is mainly for Motorola brand but it works with many others too!
1. Turn on your mobile phones bluetooth function and go to search for new devices menu.
2. On the headset, From turned off state, Try holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds.
- The light should stay constantly on (or in other brands flashining very fast) which means the headset is in receiving/searching state!
3. search in your mobile phone for blue tooth devices(the phone and headset shouldn't be more than 5 meters away from each other )
4. When you find your blue tooth headset, chose it and hit "connect" or "pair" with the device!
5. you will be asked for a pin, put in "0000" and ok!

now your headset should be paired with your phone (the light flashes slowly) and will be ready to receive calls!

Best wishes
Bruce

Hi I have a blueant z9i bluetooth and I can't seem to pair it to my phone I have a motorola defy could someone please help i've followed the instructions several times but nothing. Thank you Cherie

Have you tried to put your headset in pairing mode first? In order to do it, starting with it turned off, press and hold its multi-function button for some 6 seconds, until its indicator light turns solid blue, and, then, starts flashing. It is in pairing mode now. Then, bring your phone close to it, turn it on and go to 'Menu > Settings > Wireless & networks' and tick the 'Bluetooth' checkbox. Then, tap 'Bluetooth settings > Scan for devices'. After a little while, your headset should appear on the found devices list (if not, slide the screen down). Tap over it. They should pair with each automatically. Otherwise, if a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope it works for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.
Oh, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Regards, Carlos
