Blue line on TV screen

A blue line would be caused by an issue with either the blue LCD or blue filter portion of the optical block. Cost to repair would depend on the model of TV, but repair for these types of issues are best handled by professionals, as everything needs to be aligned perfectly or the picture will be funky. Probably time to start looking at a new TV.

PICTURE IS TO BIG

You probably have the TV set to "Stretch" you can change this with a simple click of your remote control. Look for a button that says "View" or "Zoom" on it

WD-52525 screen is jumping all around with wavy horizontal lines etc.

Good Day;

Keep talking to the factory, it is their product. Best Buy won't replace unless it is deemed not repairable and/or terms of the contract. You purchased the extra warranty because you most have felt that the TV might break down. Well, it did, now use the contract to repair your TV.

Good Luck, big IRISH.

Picture has blue,green,and red phantom lines on the screen

Sounds like a convergence problem. Are you interested in fixing this yourself? If so you will need to know how to solder well and use a meter. I can assist you as much as you need through the process. If you post a picture of what the screen looks like we can know for sure what you have going on. If you call a repairman to fix it he will charge somewhere between $300-$500 to do the repair. Let me know if you need more help!

Blue convergance off

Good Day, workdoggy200;
More than likely the TV has poor solder connections on the Convergence IC's, and by moving the TV these connections became worse. The original "poor connections" develope from the heating up and down of the Circuit. The IC's may have damaged and would have to replaced. Call an Authorized Service Center to come out and give a written estimate b4 repairing. Good Luck, big IRISH.

Picture gone.

You have bad conv. ic's.On these sets when the ic's go bad it will usually pop a fuse or burn up a few safety resistors,causing ith video to go away.

Big screen tv picture problem

You most likely have a problem with the Diversity circuit. This is an upright module on the mainboard.Just clock the invertersignal using your watch (it should change every second). If that is the case, you might need to set up the ghost-setting.look in the menu for the ghost-parameter (set to '28' by default)and change it either up or down. if its not responding then you might have a problem with the CMP-board and that is a little costly.
