No rinse cycle

I have a simpson 7.5kg washer that does the first wash fine but won't fill to do the rinse cycle. Any ideas?? It is 3 years old and just out of warrenty. It was working fine before i moved and now won't rinse. It was handled carefully and wasn't dropped but now isn't working. Please help as i am in the country and don't want to spend another 1000 dollars to replace it. Thanks. Gayle.
