Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Toggle the 'hold' button on and then off... then hold down the menu button and the centre button at the same time for 10 + seconds... an apple logo should appear, this should restart your ipod... if i doesn't go back to normal, from the apple screen just plug it in to your computer again and it should work!!!
Hope this helps!!!!

Hold the center button and the menu button at the same time... It should show the apple logo for a few seconds and then it will show the main menu.

Hold down the middle and center buttons and it should put you at the main menu. or if that doesn't work the reset it. only trust itunes, my friends have learned from experience. even lime-wire messes with it sometimes. these new ipods are VERY particular and mishaps do happen.
if everything fails hope that you warranty is still good. or call apple and see if you can send you ipod out to get fixed.
