Question about Canon BJC 4300 InkJet Printer
I have a printer that has its light flashing green and isn't responding to the computer. When turned on the cartridges do a clean then stop in the middle of the printer as if I am going to remove them. When I press the green cartridge button to return the printer head to the right-hand side, it just stays still and beeps at me. What do I do???? I have already updated the driver, removed the plug?? Help!
The print head is toast. Replace it.

To pin it down to a hardware fault, you may need to remove the printer from the usb port, uninstall driver and re start pc. Check your printer and faxes folder to make sur there are no other canon printers listed, if so delete. Re install printer driver, then when prompted connect printer to a different usb port and see if windows recognises your printer and is installed ready to use. Try again and if the same problem you know it's the printer thats faulty
