Question about HP DeskJet 3325 InkJet Printer
I had just refilled my catridge according to the instruction given but when I wanted to test print a document a message said that toner is low.Even after I had reboot my pc and restart the printer also it still show me that the toner is low. Pls give my some advice on how to troubleshoot this problem beside change a new catridge.
Hi meemee, If ink comes out of the ink nozzles on the cartridge then you probably just need to reset the printer page counter. Each time the cartridge is removed from the printer an empty cartridge message appears and a blinking amber light will display on the printer. Hold the paper feed button down for 3-5 seconds, and that should override the counter. If ink isn?t coming out of the ink nozzles then you may have an air pocket preventing the flow of ink. Try running your printer cleaning cycle a couple of times to see if that helps. Lastly you might try letting the cartridge site for 24 hours to let gravity try to fix it. As a last resort you can try unplugging your refill hole in the cartridge. If your cartridge ink is going to flow it will now, just be ready to re-plug the fill hole.
