Have you rebooted the Laptop? Can you remove the battery, after unplugging, of course, and rebooting with only the AC cord plugged in? Do you think it's a hardware or software issue? Loose connection of the Keyboard? Can you plug in a USB keyboard to verify the software driver. I'm not familiar with the Laptop? I can't find anything?
mine was frozen 2. i called support and they helped. first hold the button 2 turn it off for 10 sec. reboot if u had trip ie. address programed in cancel it. That worked. Also not sure if this had anything to do w/ it but my battery was low and the gps powered off. I then plugged it in to the car charger this may have rebooted my gps. It now works fine.
Reboot, hit the F8 key until you get a choice of boot options. Choose safe mode with networking support. go on the web to housecall.trendmicro.com there you will find free scanning and removal tools for antivirus/malware/spyware
Firstly, don't worry about your ipod, i had the exact same problem with mine and with 3 of my friends here in athens!
Just leave it frozen untill it drains out of battery, then try plugging it on your pc and leave it plugged for a while, after doing that try to open it.
NOTE: my ipod opened after this step and worked properly.
If the ipod still don't works you can do the same as my sister did. Take the ipod to your sales man and get a software update or replace it (if you are still in guarantee period)
Hope i helped, Looking forward to hearing from you for further assistance!
that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it
