Question about PfaFF Creative 7570
My Pfaff 7570 is 12 years old. Just noticed random error messages on machine screen... for example now it says "internal error" OK?
I'm getting the message each time I stop the machine, as I'm sewing a straight seam, stopping to take out a pin. What a pain.
It hasn't affected the sewing - I just press "OK" and keep going.
Is this a signal that something is going wrong?
Can I do something to clear these error messages.
It is a signal that one of the computer boards may be going bad. It would be best to take your machine to an authorized Pfaff technician to diagnose. While your neighborhood sewing machine repair person may be good, they may not be trained specifically to deal with Pfaff computer issues.
At this point, you can continue sewing (over-riding the message) but eventually it will likely worsen.
You can locate your nearest dealer through Pfaff's Dealer Locator. If you do not have or prefer to not use your local dealer, please respond to this with a request for a referral and we'll do our best to find a good tech near you.
