Question about PfaFF Creative 7570
Hi, my machine is 17 years old, but runs like a gem. I have had it maintained over the years. I recently hit a pin, and my bobbin case slipped and is now off about 1/8 of an inch. The needle hits the solid part instead of the opening. My husband can pretty much fix anything, but doesn't want to risk further damage. Is there an easy fix to this, that we can do oursleves? We are both out of work, and don't have the funds to pay to have it fixed.
Unfortunately, the timing of the machine has been affected. This is not an easy fix unless you're trained and have the necessary tools.
Wish we had better help for you but it will require a machine repair tech to fix. If you've taken your machine to the same repair person over the years, perhaps they'll give you a discount of some type for being a loyal customer.
Hope you are able to get it repaired soon - we know what it's like to be without our machines.
