Question about Computers & Internet
It seems that a question i answered about an hour ago in live chat, popped up again... But i made EXACT sure that the ask er was satisfied and that i had resolved the issue. I had even went to the question part in the forum and left a followup comment and asked him to please rate the live chat.. Has anyone else noticed this happen before? I know for a fact i solved his problem, and the question was asked in live chat the second time to an exact tee of every word for word as the first time...
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

check the icons on the right side of your lower system tray and see if the fixya utility is there. if it is click on it and make sure that Run at start up and sound notification are both checked then click my status and then sign in. If its not in the system tray double click the icon on your desk top. Let me know if you need more help.

no, we don't get any notification of it, most of the time I also miss out on those.
not much we can do about it..You can look on the account statements page and see if the chat session is rejected by customer, then he has had another chat session.
I think they are working on improving the system, right now, we have to live with it.

...has nothing to do with your motherboard, why post it in there?
Im assuming your talking about fixya's live chat and that when you click on a chat request your browser takes 30-40 seconds to load so you can accept the request, but by then its already taken.
Make sure you browser has no toolbars or addons running that are completely unnessesary. For internet explorer right click anywhere on top (near the address bar, but not on the address bar) so that it shows you "lock toolbar", links or bookmarks etc etc...Then uncheck all toolbars or anything that seems out of the ordinary, then go uninstall it from add/remove programs in control panel, that should speed things up.
Also you should try a general system clean up, and do a disk drag, using disk defragmenter (start>programs>accessories>system tools>disk defragmenter) Defrag your C drive.
