The screen on my sidekick id just went blank white today when I opened it. The only thing the phone does now is turn off and on but nothing else. All I can see is a blank white screen. What caused this and is there anyway to fix it without unscrewing anything?
When mine did that I took it into T-mobile and They gave me a new phone no charge(:

What happens is the flex cable comes loose from the back of the lcd screen and needs to be reseated.

i have almost the same problem but diffrence is i could see a lil faded out but still ablet to see only big bolded words is getting close to be completly white i dont know how it happen i open it after i woke up and it was like that even tought the night before it was just fine screen was perfect so i took it to tmobile and they said it was water damage then if it was water damage like they said i would have to pay for it but how can it be water damage if everything was fine before and before going to sleep i didnt get it wet at all i just left it charging & by the way canging battery wont work because i done it before..
