Question about D-Link DI-704P Router
That's a LAN network IP addres, if the router is on default settings it's ip address is 192.168.0.1 the address wich you are talking about is a Host address, that means it could be a computer's, but don't know from the information wich you provided that if there's any computer supposed to be on that address or not.
If there is than that computer should run a WEB server to show you anything.
If you want to know wich IP addresses are being used by computers on your LAN try out Advanced Lan Scanner, sometimes it's showing the router as well, depends on the brand. It won't show you any computers with Vista because till LAN file shareing is not enabled on them they won't respond to ping requests and that service is disabled by default in Vista.
If you want to log in to your router and need the default password check out here.
