the zen i got for xmas has frozen made strange noises it wounldn't respond to any thing so i ended up just letting the charge run out and waiting until the morning to recharge. But in the morning when i plugged my zen into the computer to charge it {again} wouldn't respond to any thing. I'm getting very peed off {to think off a better word} ive only had it for 8 days!!! helpp
