I have put right user name and pass word .but my account is not open. It shows login fail.Pliz help me.I have tried for several times,but not success. I also try to take new pass word, from forget password option and put the pass word disply there..not success.

Do you forgot your google account password or cannot login? If u forgot, no other way than yo retrieve it. But if there's an error, try to delete your google account on your device if there's any, restart your device and try to login again to install apps.
It depends on whether or not you are working on a "networked" computer (like for work) or if it is a personal computer at home. A personal computer will either have an "administrators" login credentials or just "User" credentials. Unless you have set a limited number of failed attempts to "freeze" up the login this should not be an issue. But if you have.. normally a set length of time (like 15, or 30 minutes) will be all you have to wait to try again.
For the future: Put your kid on a separate account on the computer with his OWN login and password. THEN, should he ever forget it, YOU cann log in as the "administrator" of the computer under YOUR login, then under the Control Panel go to User Accounts and reset his password.
If you are using a "work" computer (logging in remotely) it MIGHT give you the same options, but if you still can't login after 30 minutes you will probably have to contact your Network Administrator to reset the account.
If it is a website you are trying to log into, and have been "frozen" out, there is usually a contact point at the bottom of the page where you can email the webmaster, or have a password reset sent to your email account (of record). This is a temporary password and you will have to reset it immediately.
Not sure if this will work without some user's account being open, but try starting Task Manager. Press Ctrl/Alt/Delete. Press all 3 keys at the sme time. There should be a "reset password" option. But again, I don't know if you can do this unless a user is already signed in. If it doesn't work, the computer should have a "public" or "guest" account. When it wants your password, look for "change users". Click on that and select he guest, or public, or whatever it is labelled, account, and you'll be in the computer, but not in your owner's account. And if you try the task manager/change password from the guest account it may not let you do anything with your owner's account. If all else fails, call HP at 800-474-6836.

When you're signed in to Gmail, you should always see a Quick Contacts box along the left of your screen. Clicking on a name in Quick Contacts will start a chat session or an email. The people you can chat with have colored balls next to their names—green means they're online, yellow means they're idle and red means they're busy.
