Have you installed the driver for the device yet? If not, go to this page & click on "Driver for PC" & follow the installation instructions.
If you've already done this before, just uninstall the current driver installation, re-download the file and reinstall it. If the issue persists, try a different USB port and as a last resort, test the camera on a different computer.
This device should have no problems working with Windows 7 unless there's something wrong with it.
First of all clean your temp files,clean your registry-->use this tool .
Uninstall/Reinstall the webcam's driver-->download and install --->HERE!
When the file is done downloading, just click on the file and you can begin installing your new software.

Click on start - Right-click on My Computer - click Properties - click the Hardware tab - click on Device Manager. Scroll down until you see your webcam, (it may be listed under one of the categories), right-click on it, select properties, click on the driver tab, then at the bottom there is a button named uninstall. Click that button.
