Question about Computers & Internet
I CHANGE MY PASSWORD A WHILE BACK AND DIDN'T WRITE IT DOWN AND ALSO THE EMAIL I HAD REZ20@BELLSOUTH.NET IT IS NOT MY EMAIL, NEVER REALLY WAS I HAVE A NEW ONE TDAREZ@YAHOO.COM AND I HAVE BEEN ASKING THAT I HAD MY PASSWORD SENT BUT THERE, BUT IT'S NEVER BEEN SENT I CAN'T SEND A PICTURE OF MY ID SO THAT YOU CAN SEE IT'S REALLY ME BUT I DO KNOW MY SSN, BIRTHDAY, AND ANYTHING ELSE BOUT ME
First please go into FAQ (frequently asked questions and see "How do I change my password?"
If that does not help, then I believe your only option will be to set up a new account. Fixya and other websites will NOT send a password for one email to another for obvious reasons.
So if you can access that first email address, that is where your password is sitting.
Barring all else you can try to contact someone at the following:
FixYa Corporate Headquarters
107 South B Street Suite 220
San Mateo, CA 94401
General Support - email@example.com Expert Support - firstname.lastname@example.org Billing Inquiries - email@example.com
They do not have phone contact information listed anywhere that I can find.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
