Question about Linksys WRT160N Wireless Router
Ok, I recently made the switch from D-Link to the Linksys Router b/c of the reviews it had on the web. From the first time I purchased one, I've been having trouble. I have 3 Laptops in my home that use the router and 1 Desktop(Wireless Connection too) and a PS3 that is hardwired to the actual router. After some trial and error I managed to completly shut off the internet to everybody(on the network of course). I had it setup with the WPA security and then one of the laptops couldn't do WPA for some reason, so I downgraded to WEP encryption. But now the problem is that everyone on the network can get the router to show itself on the wireless network however the laptops keep looking for an IP but can't access the network. If someone happens to know where I can find a step by step guide to configuring a wireless network, that would be awesome
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
