Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
We notice water dripping on the top shelf in frig and it will build up in bottom drawers of frig, also we set it on the lowest setting because food is freezing on top 2 shelves, food is still freezing on the lowest setting.
The problem with the water is that the drain tube is plugged. The easiest way to fix this and to save money is to unplugg the refrigerator and leave the doors open all day. This will thaw out the drain tube without a service technician coming out. That will fix that problem. With it freezing the food on the where its not supposed, This may be a bad cold control. But try unplugging the unit for a day with the doors open and this may fix both problems. (i know it will fix the water issue)
