Question about Konica Minolta Maxxum QTsi with 35-80 lens 35mm Film Camera
I just recieved a Minolta Maxxum 3xi camera with a Minolta Maxxum AF 35-80mm f4 (22) - 5.6 lens. Battery checks good, camera powers up, but camera refused to take a picture. Oddly enough, camera flash fires and mirror moves when the above lens is removed (I discovered this accidentally). Have I isolated my 'nonworking' camera to the lens? Also of note - when i put the lens back on, the camera worked for 1 picture, then stopped taking pictures again. I don't have a second lens to test this with yet, but will soon.
Oddly enough, the camera and lens are working just fine now - or at least they appear to be. I'll shoot some more when I have good lighting and 1-hour them tomorrow for the results.
