I use a rubber to open it. the one we use to open jars.

Make a little gap at the top of the phone at the rear and lift it up gentley with your finger nail it worked with us hope it helps

I took it back to the shop where 3 people tugged onto the cover until it finally relented. Blue in the face the assistant thanked me for shopping at Phones 4 U. They were very helpful and after all it's not their fault.I wouldn't pull and push on a mobile like they did to remove any cover because some other part might easily separate first.
