Hi, I need to find the "Warranty Manager" in your web page. It's supposed to be a place where I can store the information of may products (Brand, model, serial #, etc) Do you know how to get there? Thanks,...

Hi Palomo, We are in the process of developing that feature, so some elements are in flux. Currently, you can find it this way: 1. Use the search bar on the homepage to search for and locate your product. 2. Go to your My Profile page. The product that you just searched for will now appear under "Recently Viewed Products" on the right. 3. Click the link that says "Add to My Products." 4. The product will now appear on your My Profile page along with a field where you can enter more products. In the future, this field will always be on your My Profile page. 5. Click on "Enter Warranty Details." 6. You will now have access to any current and future features of the Warranty Manager. Please feel free to contact our Support Team directly at:

QVC Website

I noticed that the website starts with a normal http (port 80) request.
If you browse over the website, I expect in your case everything to be normal.
The moment you select any of the "customer" information protected area pages, you enter a secure connection (SSL port 443).
At that moment, a certificate between your computer and the server will be released by the server for valid data exchange. Obviously, something goes wrong at your side.
You mentioned your routers are not the problem.
Are there other websites with https (Port443) causing the same problem on your computers?
If so, I think your routers have blocked port 443.
This should not be the case, but it just needs verification.

If other sites are o.k., you can try to add the secure website (because that's where the data is coming from) into your trusted websites in your webbrowser.
A bit mean of me, but I presume you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
For IE version 7, here is how to do this;

- In the browser top right you select Extra
- Internet Options
- Security
- Click on the trusted websites (green mark)
- click on the "websites" button
- Enter in the top white field the following website;

- Make sure that the checkbox at Serververification (https) .... is marked
- and click on "Add"
- Click on close and OK.

Close your webbrowser and open it again and try to acces the website again.

Good luck.

I cannot load any pages on facebook

Try clearing your cache and restarting your browser. On Firefox, you can do this by going to the Tools > Clear Private Data option. In Internet Explorer, go to

Tools > Internet Options > Internet Properties > General > Delete Browsing History > Delete All Temporary Files.

In IE, this takes a minute or two to clear.
