Question about Samsung DVD-R155
I have a Samsung DVD-R155. When I insert a DVD, the screen reads "load", but eventually it screen will say it can't read the DVD, and then ejects the DVD. It doesn' t matter if it is a new or used DVD. I have the same problem, insert new dvd-r disc and it says loading then spits the disc back out with a "disc cannot be read" message, i can't even play back old dvd-r's that iv'e recorded on in the past. It plays back original dvds that i've purchased, just not recordable ones.

Try using a DVD scanner eye cleaner. It is aDVD with a brush grafted to it. I suspect the scanner eye is dirty so it cannot read the boot starp properly and so ejects

SOURCE: player won't read a DVD
Some DVD players requires installation of software to load some DVD's. Ask your dealer to provide you with a Software CD. Just insert this software CD and then try to run DVD it will work...
