Question about Cameras
I purchased a Sungale Digital Photo Album from QVC and I'm having trouble following the directions in the instruction manual regarding setup. I plugged in the USB device to my computer and the other end to the photo album. The directions in the booklet said to go to ''Start'', ''My computer'', and then click on ''Storage Device Disk''--which I don't see as an option, and that is where I am stuck. After that I am supposed to click on ''Fileconverter.exe'' and I should enter into ASSP interface, but I can't get there.

Don't know what I did but after the third time unconnected then reconnecting to my laptop's usb ports the TD350A's screen changed to the usb symbol with a computer screen next to it.
(shot in the dark answer is that one or the other device timed out during the usb plug and play set up)

I am using an HP computer with Vista OS. The file "Fileconverter.exe" is not on my Sungale TD350a either, but it is not a major problem. Just plug-in the TD350 to the USB port and after your computer recognizes (Vista should already have a driver for it, mine did.) the TD350a, just bring up the Windows Explorer and drag your .jpg photos and your .WMA music to it like you would for any other storage device. If you have MP3 music, I believe Windows Media Player will convert MP3 to WMA without much trouble.
My TD350a came with one folder (DEMO) with everything (Music, photos, video, etc.) in that one folder. I haven't read all the instructions on going from one folder to another, I just copied 50 .WMA songs into the DEMO folder and everything works just fine. When you look at the screen on the TD350a, and the music is playing, you will see a list of EVERYTHING (Music, video, photos, etc.) all jumbled togeter on the screen. Sometime soon I am going to read the rest of the instructions (If at first you don't succed - READ THE MANUAL!) (Where's the fun in THAT????) and see how/what kind of folders it needs and how to change from one folder to another.
But - you can be up and running without the "Fileconverter.exe" file.
Good Luck, and Happy 2009!!!
