No way Check Kodak but I suspect a new camera is the economic answer - unless you have had it only a short while- check out Kodak

Hello, Defective charge capacitor or faulty flash assembly. either way it is a internal repair, quite costly, probably better to replace camera.

When I used the camera... i heard a pop and afterwards the flasher doesn't work anymore.

It's probably a blown flash capacitor. Without the capacitor the camera can't store enough energy to get the flash to flash. It's fixable if you know electronics (probably quite hard though), otherwise you should get it repaired.

Good luck!

Your camera is faulty. It should be taken to an authorized repair centre for a repair estimate. Very few digital cameras have any user-serviceable parts.

Flash on camera has stopped working

Have you checked the flash settings, quite often the flash accidently gets turned off, on most cameras the buttton looks like a lightning bolt. Toggle through the settings if it is not on a button on the camera.

Flash not working

Yes it can be repaired. I it is quite easy of a repair. I have done it before. What I have done is swapped the flash board with one from another camera with a different ailment. I can give you instructions on how to do it.

Mavica FD95 Flash Quit Working???

My flash went out twice on my FD-95. The first time it was fixed under warranty and it was the bulb. This time I haven't fixed since I have my 707 now. It still works with the external flash like yours did before you dropped it. If possible I would try and buy another external flash since your time is short. When I had my camera fixed under warranty it was just about to run out and they, the camera shop, told me I should get it fixed now instead of out of warranty because the cost could be hundreds just in labor alone. Good luck.
