Question about Acer Aspire 5600 Series 5630-6951 Laptop
The best way would be to download AVG v8.x Free Edition AND Avast Home Edition on your PC. Both are available from download.com FREE of charge.
Disconnect from the Internet -- remove the cable, if you have DSL, etc. Install both programs and have them run scans at starts (one at a time). Then, reboot and run another scan with AVG. If it doesn't find any more viruses, then update both AVG and Avast -- and run a third scan with both programs.
By that time, the PC should be virus free. If not, let me know and we'll get more in depth.
I hope this helps. If it does, please rate the solution offered. My goal is always FixYa or Helpful, never TFT or IA. Regards,
