Question about Acer Aspire 5500 5570-2609 Laptop
I had a virus and got reloaded with non-ACER restored software. Now, I don't have some of the programs I should. Mainly, my Blouetooth button and wifi buttons' functionality. Must I reload my factory restore software and loose my virus protection and such? Please advise.
This is a good question. If you have the original disc that came with your laptop, definitely use it. Then, download AVG v8.x FREE
for virus protection. If you don't have the original disc, I may be
able to assist you in finding drivers for your Bluetooth and WiFi
interfaces. I'd suggest the first option as it will give you correctly
matched drivers, for your devices.
I hope this helps. If it does, please rate the solution offered. My goal is always FixYa or Helpful, never TFT or IA. Regards,
