Penny, go to a site called appliancesonline.com.au navigate to ovens or just put in your model. There is a 2.7 mb pdf to download on your model . Go to page 5 and it explains it all easily.regards Terry. note there is about 6 oven models that will come up but if you see your model in the list just follow the above instructions and you will be ok .

Hobart electric convection oven model #cn90 ser. # 07-007-968-nj

Have you tried shutting down all power to your oven at the electrical panel, waiting 10 minutes and then returning power to the unit? Procedure could reset the defaults. Best of luck.

Crank down and flip models require tweeking. have you adjusted the regulator accordingly?
You must remove and flip the regulator nut to get the gas pressure from 3.5 to 10.

I need to know if my oven has auto shut off and when it kicks in

Auto clean? I would not use it even if it did have that feature. The extreme temp cause the electronics to fail.
