Question about Orite Audio Players & Recorders
A friend was deleting songs from the unit one by one using the menu on the unit. Once all the songs were deleted, the screen went blank & none of the buttons work, and Windows does not recognise the device when the USB is connected. It switches on and the screen is just glowing, no other controls at all. I tried looking on the website www.orite.com.tw but there waqs no response at all. HELP! does anyone have any ideas. Reinstalling the software probably wont work as windows does not recognise it. Is there an on board reset function?
It is out dated garbage, throw it out and get a newer one,it will never work with a computer newer than w/98

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
