U might want to look on the back of the dryer to see if there is a panel to take off. If not the hole top will have to come off. Is the top made on the rest of the dryer or is there a split between it.

More than likely a broken belt. A fairly easy fix. Disconnect Dryer electric by shutting off the breaker. Then remove the front panel that surrounds the door. There are ususally a couple of screws on the bottom and you have to pot the top. Get a belt off the net or from a appliance dealer. The belt slips around the drum over the motor shaft and on a tension Idler wheel. Pop is back together and you good to go. Try checking You Tube and see if there is a video on dryer belt replacement. Good luck! :)
If the belt is not off, it may
be a loose wire to the sensor that switches the dryer off when the belt
is off or broken. Mine had that problem. If that doesn't work you will
have to replace the tension pulley sensor.
Remove the two brackets on the back holding the top on. Then pry the front part of the top off with a flat screwdriver. Next remove the electrical connectors. The remove the front panel. Then pull the drum out. Install the belt and push the drum in place placing the belt correctly into the tensioner for the belt
You must pop off the top of the dryer then remove the front after the front is off you can remove drum . The belt goes around the drum and the motor pully and under the tentioner wheel after you get belt on replace front and top.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UNPLUG FROM POWER THIS IS 220volts AND CAN HURT YOU BAD
The belt can be replaced as follows. 1 remove top and front of dryer shell 2 belt goes around drum around motor pully then under tentioner wheel 3 replace front and top of dryer (top pops off use a slotted screw driver) Thanx for using Fixya Please take your time to rate me
Pull the front panel off, remove the top screws and tilt top back. Rout the new belt around drum at the old wear spot with the grooved side against the drum. Next remove the back access door and rout the belt around the idler pulley and motor pulley. There is only one way to do this and get proper tension on the belt. Also, when you order the belt, ask if it has a belt routing diagram on the belt package.
