Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player

1 Answer

LCD replacement I don't know if my previous request got through or not, so hopefully this isn't a duplicate. But, I noticed you had a write-up, with pics, for replacing the LCD on the GoGear HDD6330. Could I get this from you? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Provided email as requested and never heard anything again. I found this site pretty useless for obtaining any *real* assistance.

During the week I noticed that the lcd on my philips gogear HDD6330 has been damaged. If I could get the instructions on where to buy a replacement parts, I would appreciate it.

How do i delete duplicated photos on ipod Nano 7th gen.?

You'd better cleanup your iTunes library firstly. Just click "View > Show Duplicate Items" and then you would just check off the duplicates that you wanted to remove. After removed all the duplicates in your iTunes, sync it to your iPod, then all duplicates in your iPod will be removed automatically.

I've done this! I was stuck in exactly the same position. You need to peel back the piece of plastic labelling all the sockets etc. There is one final screw in the centre under there.

Hope this isn't too late!

Duplicating some files

Try to erase files in windows explorer, your player should be visible when you click on "My computer". Just find "media" subfolder in it and find duplicated songs. If this won't work you can try to erase duplicated files with winamp, but you need version 5.5 or later for this. Find "portable" section in winamp media library and you should see samsung k3 in this section. Then just find duplicated file, right click on it and choose "remove from device". Hope this can help.

Duplicating songs

The device has 2 modes of operation MSC and MTP.

If you put music or playlists on in either mode and then changed modes to add more music, you will inevitably have duplicated your music.

Best solution is to format the device to remove everything, then pick one mode ant use that one only.

Best of Luck.

Cannot copy [song-name]: The drive cannot find the sector requested.

well, probably the problem is with not enough FREE SPACE. While it shows you a certain ammount of free space, actually its less, after you delete some files, you free space up, then you're able to copy.. had the same problem, I think that's the reason..
