on the back side of the cover I could read the following.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I bought a new Sandisk
You might need to try and refresh the drivers for the sandisk. Plug in the sandisk and after it has completed trying to install it. Then right click on my computer and pick manage. Then click on device manager on the left pane. On the right pane look for a device with a yellow question mark or exclamation point(should be other devices). Then click the plus sign to expand the devices. Now every device with a question or exclamation mark right click then uninstall each on. Once you have done this then click the action tab at the top and then scan for hardware changes. Then windows will re-install the drivers for the sansa and hopefully that works. Let me know if it does not work..If so we can try to manually force the drivers for the sansa.

SOURCE: Hi All I need to
Radio Shack should definitely have what you need or even Best Buy and if they don't have it, they'll either order one for you or point you in the right direction.
Also, if you want to go the online route, Overstock.com usually has anything and everything and you're whole order will ship for only $2.95. (I think if you don't already have an Overstock.com account they give you your first order's shipping for free when you sign up) Ebay also has just about everything in the world but you have to make sure that whomever you buy from has great reviews so you know you'll get what they're promising.
