W302- Echo Problem(You hear what you say,its not a network issue)
I am having trouble with the Product-W302, it is defective. When I am calling out/getting calls in, while speaking my own voice is getting echoed to me. The interval is very short like the moment I say something I am getting to hear it back. However, the Problem is not negligible, it is very irritating.
I purchased it on last friday-21/11/08, when I went back to Shoppe, he not ready to accept the piece back and trying to divert me to Service Center. Don’t know what to do with this issue, please help it is very frustrating.
AGAIN, not it is not a network issue......cause it happens with all calls you make/you recieve, not matter wat SIM card you are using.

Most phones on the market today have echo issues. The phone that I have is a sciphone. This problem is with almost all sciphones and is a defect of the material that makes the handset. I have noticed on other phones if you turn down the volume it goes away. If this does not solve the problem there are 2 other possibilities. 1. take your phone back! 2. The phones are just made generically

Are you or the other person using the speaker phone function? Does this happen during conference (3 way) calling? If you're using the speaker phone function, especially during a conference call, you're likely to hear an echo. I've had this very same issue with a different phone and the only solution I found was not to use speaker phone.
I have searched and searched for you and just when I thought I had found what you needed I came to a dead end. I did find Sony's phone number for you to call. One is toll free so hopefully Sony can help you. Good luck! Here is the link to the website with the phone numbers:
Have you tried calling other person and check if it will happen again? Have you tried soft reset on the phone by removing the battery for 1 minute and then re-attach it again? If none of this helps you resolve the issue, you can call your SP or the store where you purchase it. You should have a 30 days warranty from the store and tell them the issues. They should be able to replace it. Your other option is to send your phone for repair. Call Samsung 1-800-762-7864.
The Internet settings depend on the Company that released the SIM card inside the phone. The best way to get the Internet Settings is calling the phone company of your SIM card and getting step by step assistance.
You probably have a defective phone. Your going to have to contact your cell phone company to troubleshoot the phone. Try getting a replacement phone and seeing if that helps, if not then its definitely something within the phone that makes it choose what it wants to send however it wants to. Check your camera settings to make sure you have everything exactly the way you want it, otherwise check with your manual
