You can get the Kit at the following link which contains both ICs and the 12 Convergence resistors plus free instructions on how to do the repair. Its listed under their Convergence repair kit category and its called the DPTV305 - DPTV345 convergence repair kit. Here is the link.

Picture problem

If this is a ctc 195 chassis then your likely problem is the convergence power supply that is mounted above the main board and the dynamic convergence board. On the board is an IC (usually) that can be changed: STK 730-010 I believe is the correct number...you can check the number, If it has a single transistor on the metal heat sink, I would suggest changing the whole board. Has only two plugs: one on each end of the board.

Hourglassing

This problem is the "pincussion" setup on the convergence board. It, however can be caused by a failing power supply. If the set takes more than 60 seconds to produce the picture and up to 10 minutes to fully produce a good picture, even with the problem, power supply. Most likely if it does not do the mentioned it is the pin amp on the convergence board.

Yes check for fluid leakage and see if the crt's are leaking fluid down on board. if so you have to change some caps any that got wet. If not wet at all then something that was fix maybe has a solder bridge on it look carefully and see if anything out of place

Did you check for fuseable resistors open when you changed the chips? This usually happens on a pioneer set . Did you get a manual?? You shount try to fix a set without a service manual. i'll see if I can get the way to do it BUT your still going to need to find those fuseable resistors thats bad. A manual makes it alot easyer. Good Luck
