Question about HP PSC 1410v All-in-One Printer
When I turn it on after a few seconds the "on", "check paper", check print cartage", "black start copy" and "color start copy" lights all blink. The print head never moves in this printer even when I open the print head access door but the scanner moves. I think that its in a safe/demo mode. I had a electronics repair shop back in the 90's. I know how to replace parts and work on electronics safely without getting zapped. I am just terrible at troubleshooting.
The manual is available online at http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00364973.pdf It appears that you may have purchased a dud printer. The manual claims "The device has a fatal error."
