It may be too late to find the origin but someone has successfully stolen your address file and the malware that did it may still be present waiting for you to add new ones.
When going out to get such products as AVG, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, be careful of other offers for 'free scans' of your system.
Double-check the integrity of the offerer before doing a scan from an unkown source since such sites often install new junk such as you already have.
You should also have a restricted sites list installed in your browser and update it fairly frequently since the varmints are always finding new ways to be a--holes.

that happend to me. all you have to do is log on to your yahoo account and change your pass code . when you leave your yahoo account make sure you log out every time. if you stay logged in theres a much bigger chance of it being hacked again. your passcode should be made up of some numbers, mixed upper case and lower case letters. after i changed mine the problems stopped.
Are you getting any messages back stating a problem with sending to those people? It is possible that the ones who are not receiving your emails may have their anti spam settings set to strict. You will probably need to contact them by phone, and ask them to check their spam settings in their yahoo account. Sometimes if they do not have your email address in their contact list, it will block message from that address.Another possibility is that their yahoo.com email account is no longer active.
