How do I connect and hear a technics SLB210 turntable to a DV250 sound system

The signal output from the turntable is very low and needs a special input which most modern sound systems no longer have.
You will need to connect your turntable to a preamplifier.
The output from this preamplifier then goes to the auxiliary input ("AUX") of your sound system.
A good starting page to look around for a turntable preamplifier is here:
Good luck!

How do I attach and play a technics record deck to a technics DV250 amplifyer?

The problem you are facing is that the record player audio outputs has a left channel, a right channel and an earth or grounding cable. If this grounding cable isn't attached, you are likely to get a hum sound. I would suggest buying a record player RCA (Ground simulating) cable or you will have to buy an inexpensive mixer that supports record players through which you can channel this record player. Once you have all these, just follow the white and red color coding to attache the right channel to the right socket.

How can i connect a record player to my stereo.

you have to get a pre amp that will boost the 5mv phono signal to 300 millivolts to drive the aux inputs.
it also has to have RIAA equalization,as all albums have a -60db curve 1khz and down to reduce the stylus travel of the record groove.
without the equalization, the grooves would have a 4" modulation.
if you amplify the record player signal flat gain,it will have no bass at all, just the way it was recorded. radio shack used to sell a 9v powered unit back in the eighties, see if you can find one.
most new stereos do not have a phono input.

Technics sl-dv250

The part required is likely to be the optical assembly which will cost more than $100 easily. This part should be available from any Panasonic parts supplier, but the cost is more that I would recommend. Check around to see if yuo can replace the unit for around that cost. In the meantime, I'll try to locate the exact part number and cost.
