-   I just purchased mine and all the coffee is too weak. It is the nature of the product's brewing system, I believe, so I intend to return it to the store where I purchased it. I think it is irresponsible to suggest that the product can be tweaked to remedy this issue when even its product literature does not offer a solution for weak coffee. -   iritegud

Have you de-scaled and rinsed your Keurig?

Two things more you should look after: Boiling temperature and cleaning the funnel and exit needle.
