Re: The led screen shows genera error
You need to reset your printer try doing this
Press and hold “Stop”, “Maintenance”, and
“Power” buttons for about 10 seconds. A message will come on the screen
saying counter is reset and to turn the printer off. The R200 and
others don’t have a screen so just wait until the 10 seconds is up.
Turn the printer off, unplug the power
cord. Wait about 1 minute and power the printer back up. The counter
will be reset. That’s all there is to the reset procedure.
The printer loads paper to the normal postion to start printing and then willl not continue to print and the red light comes on and pressing the button clears the paper. The printer will print the nozzel check ok, nothing else will print, test page etc.

Now release 2.)
6.) the LED should say: "Init EEprom" 7.) now press and hold the power button until the printer powers off and powers on again.
I just like to ask to where specifically you can see the red light. It will
help us determine what cause the red light. To give you heads up as well, the
Printer's LCD screen can help us determine what exactly the offline condition
