I just wrote a long ass script that you can use to sync any sansa e-series player with iTunes on a mac.

If you have Wimdows Media Player 10 or 11 or 11Beta, then you can use it, if you only have iTunes or any other processer, theres a slight chance of it messing with the static memory system.
