BT provide (and own) the telephone line infrastructure for this country, and all providers go through this infrastructure. Some exchanges have proprietary equipment in them belonging to one or other of the various providers which allows them to offer something that BT may not, ut they still have to use the BT lines, which they rent from BT Wholesale division. So if BT won't let them use the lines you are in trouble when it comes to getting Broadband other than BT.
There are options however, firstly try PlusNet, as I believe they are part of BT so may get better treatment than other providers. Secondly there is Satellite Broadband but this can be expensive, especially installation when compared with over the phone. Thirdly mobile 3g or 4g broadband if you have coverage in your area, but speeds are highly reception dependant and if you don't get good mobile phone signals then this option is unlikely to work. Also you would probably have to buy and install a 3g/4g modem router and I'm not dure how expensive these are.
This may not have been a lot of help, except possibly understanding the problem !!
Did you check to see if the sound was turned down? If it isn't then you probaby have a loose wire that connects to the speaker. It could also be a motherboard problem. Panasonic has a really good service center that can fix that problem for you.
did you shut down firewall and or allow it threw your firewall...Check this===.rick click computer, left click propertys.click device manager.look see if u see any yellow question marks there.if so needs updating..i would try a system restore back to before you did these updates which apparently have affected your mouse..if u did not create restore points then your pretty much gonna have to do a redo of OS. YOU HAVE GOTTEN BAD UPDATES THAT ARE AFFECTING YOUR PC..my advice to everyone is to always first thing make back up disk, make restore points at least twice a week.back up back up people this all saves so much trouble..
