Question about Epson Stylus CX4600 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My scanner used to work with my desktop PC. I have gone through the troubleshooting several times. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled, still same problem. It displays "unable to access the scanner because it is not ready or another app is using it. I have tried connecting to different usb ports. I have never used any other App to scan with. I have the cx4600 software installed on my laptop and using the same printer usb cable from the printer it works fine. So I Know it is not my usb cable. Any suggestions.??
If you've had a windows update this may be the problem. try downloading and installing any newer version of the Cx4600 drivers
