The problem is related to the paper exit assy. Their is no problem with your fuser assy. Take a look at the exit document related to your problem. Usually that is cause when removing a paper jam, that switch flags break for pulling the paper in the back direction. You would have to replace the paper out exit swicth black actuator.
That fuser is behind the cover of the fuser. Not easy to get to it, I do not recommend taking it apart unless you have a new one standing by, cause you are going to need it. Drum and transfer belt ok not so with the furser assy.
dear please find back cover and open it found big unit of printer called printer fuser assembly.removed it carefully you need one Philips screw driver, losses the two screw after that you removed screws slide it right side if you stand back of the printer, however after remove the fuser assembly you can installed it new in the Xante 4G printer when you install slide fuser to left side and alignment carefully, hope you understand.
Go to this link and under Drivers, English select MAC OS X and download the drivers: http://www.xante.com/support/aw3ndn/
Sadly, the application drivers for MAC OS 10.6 are mot supported for this printer.
Yes, most likely they do. I don't believe there is much if anything that differentiates one toner from another other then the size of the roller and the shape of the cartridge. If these are the same and given that they use the same fuser, I would definitely try it.
